The last two potential clients who have used to "date check" feature on my "Calendar" page were turned away because I am already booked. If your wedding entertainment is a priority, book your wedding DJ right away. To see if I'm free on your wedding date, check here or contact me directly. Happy wedding planning!
I've signed up for a new service called Talking Weddings and just got my first review from Ken + Monica. They wrote: "Staci was extremely professional - we had her DJ our reception. Before our wedding, we went through the entire schedule and playlist. She ensured we were all on the same page and worked with us to get what we wanted." Thanks Ken + Monica!
I just got this lovely email from Leon and Mylen, whom I will be marrying on New Year's Day at the Bali Hai restaurant in San Diego. I truly believe that budgeting a little extra for a custom-written wedding ceremony versus a "boilerplate" one is worth every penny!
The above video shows you a few of the problems you may encounter with a low-end wedding DJ....Can you say "dead air"? Playing the wrong music, being unorganized, coordinating with the mic instead of getting off your rear and taking care of business, ruining the first dance....sigh!

On Friday, December 6, 2013, I provided DJing, MCing, dance instruction, lighting, and a photo booth for the surprise holiday party of Get1Free.com. The company had an end-of-the-year banquet scheduled with dinner and a white elephant gift exchange. << MORE >>
Wouldn't it be nice to know when the sun will be setting EXACTLY for your outdoor wedding? Or how about the moonlight on your wedding day?
Welcome the Weather Channel's Wedding Sunset Calculator, a great tool for brides and grooms planning outdoor wedding ceremonies.
Weather.com also adds: "Exchanging outdoor vows at sunset is a great idea. Your invitations should have an earlier start time — roughly half an hour before you actually want the ceremony to begin. If you want things to get going at 4:30 p.m., simply invite the guests for 4:00 and enjoy the view." Great advice! << MORE >>
On Sunday, November 24, 2013, I was on hand to deliver Ryan and Kim's customized wedding ceremony in Palm Springs. Kim and Ryan are from Chicago, so this was a relaxing get-away destination wedding for them. The guest list included Ryan's mom, Kim's mom, photographer Debi Brewer from Ron Brewer Photography, and me.
Aside from the beautiful bride you see to the left, Kim's hair piece was also elegant, classy, and unique—loved it! Her bouquet reflected the local dessert habitat and included gorgeous succulents. Do you see the small square charm near her hand holding the bouquet? << MORE >>
